A regional artists Fence Show and En Plein Air Demos will be held on Saturday, June 8, (rain date is Sunday, June 9) at 9650 Beaver Creek Church Road in Hagerstown, MD from noon until 4:00 p.m.“Artists in the Woods” art show and ‘en plein air’ demos will feature 12 independent regional
artists in an outdoor exhibit in this forest setting at the home and studio of Elisabet Stacy-Hurley.
Paintings will be displayed on the fences, in the trees and in the studio.
Visitors will be able to browse a wide variety of paintings, photographs, art prints, note cards, artist books and handmade pottery, and they can also watch and learn over the shoulder of many well-known artists as they paint.
Artists are: Eliane Ambrose, Margery Benson, Dennis Blalock (who painted the attached painting), Denny Bingaman, Donna Bingaman, Becky Dietrich, Carol Gwin, Bob Schropp, Christine Souders, Elisabet Stacy-Hurley, Marjorie Tressler and Carol Wilks.
