  • Children’s Class – Create Fun Pots

Add flair and color to the household as students create their own unique bowl. Examples include: monsters, ladybugs, bees, lion, and flowers. Various methods will be used during the creation process and the students can use their imagination. Feet will be attached to the bottom of the bowls as the final task. These kid’s pots are sure to please and bring a smile to your face. Once finished these pots are great to catch pocket change and vehicle keys on your table. All of the items created in the classes are made with stoneware clay, which is fired two times offering a durable piece of fine pottery. This is a great way for your child to be introduced to the Arts.
The $25.00 price includes instruction, clay, glazes and firings. Your check, made payable to NCCS, may be mailed to The Ceramic Arts Center, 13 South Church Street, Waynesboro, PA 17268. Attention: Mary and is due by March 27th, 2015. Additional payment arrangements may be made with Mary Ashe-Mahr by contacting her at 717-404-3190 or waynesboroceramics@gmail.com for details.
