By braiding silver wire she made a bracelet for her mother. She moved from one craft to another as the years passed, including pottery, calligraphy, photography, stained glass and most recently sterling silver jewelry. Her passion is transforming silver sheet metal and wire into new and interesting shapes and designs and adding gems and cabochons for color and affect. She has taught herself her craft through trial and error, reading books and periodicals and investigating new techniques on the internet.
